Well firstly I am a full time Mum to two growing adolescent children....I know all about the pressures of raising a family and keeping all those balls in the air. I do find that being fitter helps me cope with the stress of being cook, cleaner, taxi driver and shoulder to cry on. Many years ago I started out as an aerobics teacher and then took my qualifications to be a personal trainer, life coach and masseur. I also have qualified as a Pilates instructor and include these techniques in many of my one to one and group classes.
I love working with people and love helping them make changes to their own lives. It can be especially challenging and rewarding when clients have those life work balance difficulties that we all seem to struggle with. Helping clients find their own personal itinerary and journey either through coaching or simply changing diet and exercise routines is just fantastic and keeps me energised about my job. getting that harmony between the normal rigours of daily life and your mind and body can be achieved simply, effectively and permanently. That's what I'm all about.
